Let's not kid ourselves. The world is probably actually ending, and there are so many different ways for us all to go! So, why not indulge in an appropriately named treat while the world burns around you??

I’m local Los Angeles pie maker/pastry chef Lindsay Miller and I have an intense passion for all things disaster and apocalypse. This tongue-in-cheek blog and pie shop is here to bring a lighter view of the dumpster fire of a world we currently live in. Some might call it Nihilism, but I’d prefer to call it PIEhilism. (see what I did there??)

Anyways, sit back relax and enjoy some delicious pie and dessert recipes, coming your way every week! AND if you’re in LA and want to try the real deal, come find me at local farmers markets around town (exact locations/dates tbd).
